01.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AeroCount, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
02.Description of AeroCount
AeroCount is an accounting and business-management platform for managing sales, purchases, bookings, invoices, customers, suppliers, accounting, reports and related business operations.
03.User Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for activity carried out under your account.
04.Company Accounts
Each company operates within its own workspace. The account owner is responsible for the users invited to that workspace and the roles assigned to them.
05.Subscription Plans
AeroCount is offered on subscription plans. Plan availability and pricing are confirmed by the AeroCount team and managed through the AeroCount administration system.
06.6-Month Subscription
Provides access to AeroCount for a six-month subscription period.
07.1-Year Subscription
Provides access to AeroCount for a twelve-month subscription period.
08.Lifetime Subscription

09.Payments

10.Subscription Renewal

Access may be suspended where a subscription lapses, or where use of the platform breaches these terms.

13.User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter into AeroCount and for using the platform in accordance with applicable laws.
14.Business Data
Business data you enter remains yours. AeroCount processes it to provide the platform's functionality.
15.Backups
AeroCount provides Backup & Restore tools. Creating and keeping copies of your business data is your responsibility.
16.Google Drive Integration
Where enabled, you may connect Google Drive to upload backups to your own Drive account. AeroCount requests only the minimum permissions required for Backup & Restore, and you may disconnect the integration at any time.
17.Third-Party Services
AeroCount relies on third-party services to operate. Those services are governed by their own terms.
18.Intellectual Property
AeroCount, its software, branding and documentation remain the property of MS ITEY.
19.Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access other companies' data, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity.
20.Service Availability
We aim to keep AeroCount available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or factors outside our control.
21.Limitation of Liability
