By creating an account or using AeroCount, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

AeroCount is an accounting and business-management platform for managing sales, purchases, bookings, invoices, customers, suppliers, accounting, reports and related business operations.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for activity carried out under your account.

Each company operates within its own workspace. The account owner is responsible for the users invited to that workspace and the roles assigned to them.

AeroCount is offered on subscription plans. Plan availability and pricing are confirmed by the AeroCount team and managed through the AeroCount administration system.

Provides access to AeroCount for a six-month subscription period.

Provides access to AeroCount for a twelve-month subscription period.

Provides long-term access under the terms agreed at the time of purchase. Specific conditions: [Add lifetime plan conditions].

Payment terms, accepted payment methods and any applicable taxes are confirmed at the time of purchase: [Add payment terms].

Renewal arrangements are confirmed with the AeroCount team: [Add renewal terms].

Access may be suspended where a subscription lapses, or where use of the platform breaches these terms.

You may request termination of your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that remain in breach of these terms.

You are responsible for the information you enter into AeroCount and for using the platform in accordance with applicable laws.

Business data you enter remains yours. AeroCount processes it to provide the platform's functionality.

AeroCount provides Backup & Restore tools. Creating and keeping copies of your business data is your responsibility.

Where enabled, you may connect Google Drive to upload backups to your own Drive account. AeroCount requests only the minimum permissions required for Backup & Restore, and you may disconnect the integration at any time.

AeroCount relies on third-party services to operate. Those services are governed by their own terms.

AeroCount, its software, branding and documentation remain the property of MS ITEY.

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access other companies' data, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity.

We aim to keep AeroCount available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or factors outside our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from use of the platform is limited: [Add limitation of liability terms].

AeroCount is a business tool. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for meeting your reporting obligations.
